Senior boss Hans Hundsbichler is still a passionate butcher. Only selected ingredients go into his popular Tiroler Speck and it only takes a look to know whether the Kaminwurz'n are ripe enough.

Taste, enjoy and reflect on the best wines together with your host and sommelier Tom Wechselberger. And what would the best meal be without a glass of wine? Tom will be happy to put together a suitable wine accompaniment for you.

Fresh ingredients

It goes without saying that we always cook freshly and use the best quality ingredients. Likewise, wherever possible, we shop regionally. Our homeland is an excellent pantry for this!

You should have a good time on vacation. This not only includes delicious food. At our bar, one or two signature drinks are also stirred and shaken, which you should definitely try. Like e.g. "Wildstück" gin and tonic
