Fresh bread from the baker, honey directly from the beekeeper, milk, yoghurt and butter from Tirol Milch, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, home-made sausage and bacon from the senior boss, home-made spreads, yoghurt drinks, crispbread and cakes from the hostess Cathrin and first the egg dishes, the with free-range eggs from the Enterhof in Steinberg are made with lots of love - you shouldn't miss them! Breakfast buffet daily from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
dinner time
We pamper our guests in the evening with a 5-course menu to choose from, crunchy salads with homemade vitality dressings and various vinegar and oil variants. Daily choice between 4 main courses, put together from Austrian, international, vegetarian & vital cuisine. Dinner service starts between 07.00 p.m. and 8 p.m. We ask you to start with the first menu course during this time.
