For a smooth arrival or departure, we have listed all the useful information here. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the case of a fixed reservation (only valid by confirmation from the hotel) or online booking, we ask for a deposit free of charge. The amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the booking amount and is due on the day of booking. Further information will be included in the respective booking confirmation.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and must be reconfirmed by the hotel.
The terms and conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply.
Our cancellation policy*:
Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge.
From 14 days to 2 days before arrival 90%.
From 1 day before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the booking amount.
* In the event of a cancellation, we will charge 40% as a credit if you book again within 1 year. Only applies to direct bookings.
The entire holiday will be charged without deductions. There is no refund for unused services. The right of revocation according to §18, Abs. 1Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, but the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply to us
In your interest, we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance (European Travel Cancellation Insurance) in order to avoid additional cancellation costs.
The rooms are ready for occupancy by 3:00 p.m. at the latest.
Check-in and pick up the guest card is possible in advance.
The use of our SPA area is valid on the day of arrival from the time you move into your room and
on the day of departure until check-out (room release by 10.00 a.m.).
Our reception is open from Monday- Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sundays until 06.00 p.m.
If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please let us know. Gladly by phone or e-mail.
Room release (check-out) on the day of departure is 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out:
Depending on availability, a late check-out until 6 p.m. is also possible. (€ 40 / room)
Please note:
The use of our SPA area is valid on the day of arrival from moving into the room and on the day of departure until check out (room release until 10.00 a.m.).

Please bring your own dog blanket, dog basket and feeding bowl.
We reserve the right to charge for final room cleaning if required.

To the lake with the dog? Absolutely!
On the way towards Pertisau (near the avalanche gallery or tunnel) there is a private beach for dogs. The bathing beach is approximately 800 m2 in size and has a dispenser for dog waste bags, benches and two metal steps with dog-friendly perforated metal steps to the water as well as a ramp that makes it easier for dogs to get out of the water.

Would you like to move freely and comfortably through the Achensee region - and not least for the sake of the environment also sustainably? Then always pack the AchenseeCard, which you will receive when you arrive at our hotel. The guest card in practical credit card format is your free ticket for the public Regiobus, which runs regularly between the towns of Achenkirch, Maurach, Pertisau, Steinberg, Wiesing and Jenbach. If you arrive by train at the train station in Jenbach and want to continue your journey from there to Lake Achensee, simply show the bus driver the reservation confirmation of the accommodation, and you will also be on board free of charge and in an environmentally conscious manner. Our hotel car park is located opposite the hotel and is free of charge. Two of these spaces are equipped with an electric charging station.
You are also welcome to park your car in our garage. (Parking fee €5/day/car) Please indicate your desire for a garage space when making your reservation. There are also 4 parking spaces with an electric charging station.
Charging is charged separately.
Bikes can be parked free of charge in our underground car park. Our garage is locked and video monitored.
