In this app you will find not only general information but also an overview of your room account (invoice). There is now also the option of paying the room bill directly on the check-out day via Visa, Mastercard or paypal. You are also welcome to pay your bill in CASH at the reception.

Our indulgence half-board begins with the afternoon snack on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. 

Breakfast times: 08.00 - 10.30 a.m 
Afternoon snack*: 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. (except on 24/12/31/12 & on days off*) 
Dinner*: Begins between 7. p.m. and 8 p.m.  
In order to be able to enjoy our multi-course evening menu to the fullest, the first course should be started during this time. 

Rest day*- eating out: Sunday (excluding Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's week, Easter Sunday) is THE day for it. Because on this day our kitchen stays cold (our "breakfast only day"). There are many nice restaurants in the area. We are happy to give you tips and help with table reservations. 

Bookings with breakfast "only" include our gourmet breakfast. 

Overnight only - bookings do not include breakfast, snack or dinner. 

You are welcome to book the individual services such as breakfast - afternoon snack as well as the evening - menu of your choice for an additional charge.

Please let us know of any food intolerances* and diets** early on so that we can take them into account as best we can during your stay.

* We expressly point out that we are not an allergy hotel and that we are only able to take into account food intolerances and not food allergies. 
** For vegan & glutenfree menus we charge a fair surcharge of €10/person/day due to the high effort involved.

The use of the wellness area (pool & sauna) is included in the room price. SPA treatments such as massages, cosmetics, baths for a fee.

During your stay you have a practical bathing bag with fluffy towels and bathrobes at your disposal.

Tip: You can find our bathing bag made of gray felt to take home or to give as a gift in our hotel boutique "Neni'Shop" right next to the reception.

Our St. Georg Vitalwelt is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and our sauna area is open daily from 2 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

SPA dates: Appointments can be made at reception.

Our chambermaids are on duty daily from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please note that the room can only be cleaned if there is no "Do not disturb" sign hanging in front of the room door. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned every day, please let reception know.

Four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement.
Dog fee (without food) € 15 per day.
Please bring your own dog blanket, dog basket and feeding bowl.
We reserve the right to charge for final room cleaning if required.
Four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant or in the SPA area.

Room release (check-out) on the day of departure is 10:00 a.m.

Late check-out:
Depending on availability, a late check-out until 6 p.m. is also possible. (€ 40 / room )
